February 2012 - Spring daffodils against the cherry blossoms in VanDusen Botanical Garden. I especially like the soft and gentle colors in this picture! Interested in reading more about this wallpaper?

After you say Yes to my flower wallpapers...When you fill out the form, you'll get a confirmation page on my site to tell you that you've successfully signed up for my monthly free flower wallpapers. You'll also get a confirmation email. If you don't get my email, check your junk box and make sure that you white-list me. In your privacy settings, put my email address as @focus-on-flower-photography.com and you will be sure to get my updates and your monthly wallpaper. And check carefully that you got your email address correct! If you make a mistake, you won't receive your wallpaper calendar. I've made them in three different sizes... 800x600, 1280X800 and 1680X1050. There are so many different monitor sizes and they just keep getting larger. Internet on cell phones and other devices has really taken off now as well. Just choose the size that's closest to your monitor. That usually works out pretty well. Enjoy my monthly flower wallpapers.... because I really love making them for you..
January 2012 - Gorgeous fuchsia oncidium orchids at my friends' home in Winnipeg. She has scads of orchids of all sizes and colors and I'm so envious of her orchid growing skills! For the story behind this picture click here.

October 2011 - A thin sheet of ice over the lake at VanDusen Botanical Garden. The sun is caressing the tree tops and there's a chill in the air this morning. I love shooting with black and white film! Want to know more about this wallpaper? Here's the story behind the picture! Interested? - click here.

September 2011 - Fiery autumn leaves against the background of evergreens! The Japanese Maples on campus are always showy but in the fall... they're spectacular. For more information on this and previous flower wallpapers, click here.

August 2011 - Echinacea is not only a brilliant colored flower but it has unique health benefits. I'm always taken by the texture and detail in their centers... golden and red that attracts insects to pollinate them and insure their survival. Their multi-petals run the range of brilliant pink to greenish-white or pure white. Such a rainbow of colors! For more information on this wallpaper, click here.

July 2011 - I took this photo with my Nikon 105 mm micro lens. I often take a morning walk to Green Timbers Urban Forest here in the Lower Mainland... The meadow and rain forest were thick with wild flowers especially buttercups and lupins. But this small plant captured my interest and I love the background shades of green and blue. June 2011 - The early tulips have been blooming for several weeks now. Though this photo was from last year. Here's a lovely bunch of backlit orange Darwinian tulips ... here's more if you can't get enough pictures of tulips. For more information on this wallpaper, click here.

May 2011 - During and after the Vancouver Cherry Blossom Festival, the sunny yellow daffodils keep on blooming strong! Thought they deserved a second go around... crocuses in the background. For more information on this, and all other wallpapers, click here.

April 2011 - Spring has sprung - the clumps of deep purple crocuses have arrived. These crocuses were decorating the front gate area at Green Timbers Forest. The big gorgeous bee is a bonus.

March 2011 - Colorful daylily - such deep gorgeous color. I chose this flower because of the rain drops dripping from it. Spring rains smell so fresh, don't they? For more information on this wallpaper, click here.

February 2011 - Spring daffodil - a small and sunny spring bloom.

January 2011 - Allan Gardens, Toronto. The seasonal Christmas display continues until early January.

December 2010 - Manitoba prairie winter, sleeping gardens, sparkling hoar frost and a morning moon.

November 2010 - Livingston Lake at VanDusen Botanical Garden. So very peaceful.
